




**Mortgage Operations Desk** Job Objective Ensure that **mortgage loans are processed correctly, swiftly, and error-free**, guaranteeing compliance with policies, timelines, and customer satisfaction. * Education: Completed high school diploma with a technical degree in administration or related field. * Experience in mortgage processes, notarial procedures, or administrative tasks. * Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internal systems. Key Responsibilities * **Reception and review of mortgage files** (customer documentation, property details, appraisals, etc.). * **Validation of requirements** according to internal policies and financial institution guidelines. * **Tracking of loan status** from approval through signing and disbursement of funds. * **Ongoing communication** with mortgage advisors, notaries, appraisers, and banks. * **Incident management** (incomplete documentation, rejections, bank observations). * **Maintenance and updating of internal systems** with information for each loan. * **Adherence to established timelines and SLAs** for each process stage. * **Support in coordinating notarial signings** and release of deeds. * **Preparation of operational reports** on progress, loan origination, and productivity. Common Knowledge and Skills * Understanding of the **mortgage process** (INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, banking, or mixed). * Handling of **legal and financial documentation**. * Administrative organization and control. * Attention to detail and timely follow-up. * Effective communication and interaction with customers and suppliers. * Proficiency in Excel and tracking systems.
