**Location:** South of Mexico City **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm **Starting salary:** $24,000 to $28,000 monthly, net. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Mechanical or Civil Engineer, degree holder. * **Age:** Over 30 years old. * **Gender:** Indifferent. * **English:** Technical level (minimum essential). * Ability to simultaneously manage 4 large-scale projects. * Ability to supervise personnel under direct responsibility (1\-4 people). **Mandatory experience:** * Minimum 6 years developing, coordinating, proposing, and providing executive project solutions for the aforementioned installations in the following sectors: shopping centers, supermarkets, large corporate buildings, other commercial sector areas and/or Business Class and large-scale hotels, as well as residential projects—verifiable. * Development of the following engineering disciplines: Hydraulic, Sanitary, Stormwater, Gas, Fire Protection, Condensate, and Alternative Systems. * Development of drawings at different stages, design bases, calculation reports, and concept catalogs. * Coordination with other installations and engineering disciplines within a project. * Supervision of personnel under direct responsibility, minimum of 2 people. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. * Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks (basic level required). * 80% of work experience must be office-based, as this vacancy is not for on-site construction work but rather for office-based tasks involving calculations for pumping equipment, recirculators, boilers, water heaters, pipe diameters, pressure drop calculations, etc. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD (drawing generation). * Knowledge of national and international standards and regulations (mandatory and verifiable). * Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets. * Specific knowledge of NFPA 13, 14, and 20 (minimum requirement). * Knowledge of NOM\-004\-SEDG\-2004 standard, among others. * Coordination with other specialties (electrical, HVAC, special systems). **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of executive projects for hydraulic, sanitary, stormwater, fire protection, and gas installations. * Preparation of alternative system projects. * Preparation of calculation reports (calculation of primary and secondary piping, pressure drops, sprinkler selection and layout, pumping equipment, boiler selection, etc.). * Preparation of respective concept catalogs. * Development of value engineering and comparative tables for different systems. * Strict application of IMSS regulations, building codes, complementary technical standards, as well as international standards such as NFPA, ASPE, IPC, etc. * Coordination of personnel under direct supervision to assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of various projects. * Coordination of internal IHS projects, as well as with structural, architectural, and other installation teams. * Resolution of installation-related issues within the model (Revit). * Review of projects either in Navisworks or directly in the Revit model. * Selection and review of equipment through supplier selection, such as pumps, boilers, etc. * Generation of drawings with external references from architecture and structure (or other necessary installations). **Software:** · AutoCAD 2D – Intermediate/Advanced · Office suite – Intermediate/Advanced (Excel, Word) · Revit MEP\- Basic level required · Navisworks\- Basic level required **We offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth.
