Position Summary: Maintenance Technician with experience in vertical molding equipment, responsible for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, as well as fault diagnosis and repair. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in maintenance and setup of vertical molding equipment. 2. Solid knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. 3. Participation in training and continuous development programs. Description and details of responsibilities **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on molding equipment and buildings. * Perform setup of vertical molding equipment. * Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and systems are in good working condition. * Document all maintenance activities performed and report any major issues to supervision. * Collaborate with team members to resolve problems and complete maintenance projects. * Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with safety standards and established procedures. * Maintain an inventory of tools and spare parts required for maintenance tasks. * Participate in training and continuous development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities do not interfere with daily operations. Experience and Requirements **Experience and Requirements** * Technical degree in a related field. * Experience in maintenance and setup of vertical molding equipment. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Solid knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Experience with vertical molding machines. * Experience in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. * Ability to diagnose and repair faults in equipment and buildings. * Flexible availability regarding work schedule. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Effective communication skills. * Attention to detail and organizational skills.
