Continuous learning and professional development **IT Solutions Engineer – Mexico City** At **Annar Health Technologies**, we are seeking an **IT Solutions Engineer**, who will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing technological solutions in the healthcare sector, ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and the proper functioning of systems. **Location:** Mexico City **Availability:** Occasional travel **What will be your purpose?** Implement and maintain IT solutions (LIS, HIS, and related systems), ensuring their proper operation, adherence to timelines, and high-quality standards in every project. **Main Responsibilities** * Implementation and deployment of laboratory information systems. * Server configuration, medical device setup, and integration with HIS/LIS systems. * Training end users on solution usage. * Handling incidents and technical requests, complying with established SLAs. * Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and communication failures. * Interface management (HL7, ASTM, middleware). * Providing technical support to clients and continuously monitoring their needs. * Participating in deployments, updates, and validations within controlled environments. **Profile We Are Seeking** * Bachelor’s degree in **Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields** (degree required) * **3 to 5 years** of experience in similar roles (implementation, support, or IT solutions) * Experience in healthcare environments (preferred) **Technical Knowledge** * Administration of **LIS / HIS** platforms * Operating systems: **Windows Server and Linux (preferably CentOS)** * Databases and **SQL** language * Networks: **LAN / WAN** * Hardware diagnostics **Preferred:** * HL7, ASTM, middleware * PostgreSQL or advanced databases * Reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Reporting Services) **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing company in the HealthTech sector. * Participation in high-impact technology projects. * Continuous learning and professional development. * A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
