Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and initiative-driven architect to support project development, operations, and social media content management at a residential real estate boutique firm. Social media content creation and branding. We are a boutique residential real estate development company. If you are an organized architect with refined aesthetic sensibility and enthusiasm for learning new tools, this is the place for you. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** * *Architectural Project Work (40%)* You will develop small-scale executive projects and/or support medium-scale residential projects; coordinate with engineers and contractors; generate 3D models and documentation for permits. Familiarity with emerging AI tools for visualization and rendering is expected—if you already know them, great; if not, we seek someone with authentic curiosity. * *Operations Director Support (40%)* You will provide direct support to the Operations Director: tracking pending items, scheduling meetings, follow-up calls with clients and suppliers, and continuously updating the company’s Notion dashboard to ensure progress remains visible at all times. All reporting goes directly to leadership. This role is designed to support and free up the Director’s schedule—but we expect proactivity, anticipation, and no need for reminders about agreed-upon tasks. * *Social Media, Branding & Workshop (20%)* You will create Instagram content guided by your own judgment and strong aesthetic eye. We value original proposals—not just execution.
