




Job Summary: Manage the Bank’s and its subsidiaries’ operational and technological risks through identification, measurement, monitoring, and follow-up, promoting a risk management culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational and technological risk management for Gentera. 2. Promote a risk management culture. 3. Close communication with lines of defense. **Objective:** Manage the Bank’s and Gentera’s various subsidiaries’ operational and technological risks through identification, measurement, monitoring, and follow-up; lead Operational Risk Managers; and maintain close communication and alignment with the second and third lines of defense to promote a risk management culture and drive the lines of defense to strengthen operational processes. **Experience and Knowledge Required:** * Regulation of the Mexican Financial System regarding Operational Risk, minimum 3 years: compliance articles on operational risk, methodology, reporting and capital calculations—per period; capital requirements that have recently changed; regulatory reporting. * Advanced Excel proficiency (macro development—programming). * Basic to intermediate SQL and Python proficiency. * Knowledge of ISO 31000 and ISO 27000. * Banking sector experience. *Desirable* 1.
