You will play a key role in creating visual content, branding, and digital assets. **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience and portfolio of branding projects (logos, brand guidelines, advertisement design, mockups, etc.) **Ideal Profile** * Interest in fieldwork * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Age: **18 to 25 years** * Comfortable appearing on camera * Proactive, bold, and self-motivated * Ability to learn quickly * Computer proficiency * Passion for graphic design * Growth mindset * A university degree is not required. Talent and attitude are far more valuable than formal knowledge. **Technical Skills** * Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva * After Effects / Premiere Pro * Video editing (Davinci Resolve, CapCut or similar) * Motion graphics expertise * Familiarity with AI tools * Fundamental graphic design concepts (composition, typography, color theory) **Optional Skills:** * Camera operation * Web design * Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns A university degree is not mandatory.
