Support both developers and non-technical executives **IT Systems Administrator (Mid Level) / Remote position / Mexico\-based** Global Company **Role Overview** We are seeking a hands\-on IT Systems Administrator to manage day\-to\-day IT operations, user access management, hardware support, and vendor coordination. ***An advanced (C1\) or Proficient (C2\) level of English is required for daily communication with executives, including C\-level, and team members across all levels of the organization.*** This role will operate as the **primary IT point of contact for a distributed team**, supporting both developers and non\-technical executives. You will not be joining a large, structured IT department — you will help build and improve processes as you go.
