Work experience requirement: 2 years of experience in teaching program design. **General Job Objective:** Design and develop learning experiences and educational materials to ensure knowledge transfer through the application of pedagogical instructional methodologies and techniques. **Functions / Responsibilities:** 1\. Develop general instructional learning materials for all company brands (VALUE) Create multimedia content (videos, infographics, presentations). **Adapt materials to different user profiles. Design didactic structure (modules, units, sessions). Review and validate educational content. Collect and translate technical knowledge into didactic formats** **2\. Support the operational training and awareness program (VALUE)** Support operational staff training; develop informative and instructional materials on quality policies, practices, and processes. **Monitor compliance with the operational area’s training program. Collaborate with the DO department. Other / Additional Knowledge:** Instructional content development, creation of operational manuals, infographic creation, knowledge of interactive multimedia content, basic knowledge of a Learning Management System (LMS), use of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. **Technical Knowledge:** Instructional design and content development for the restaurant sector. Video, audio, and image editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Genially, Canva, Audacity, etc.). Knowledge of e-learning platforms or LMS / Learning Management Systems. Use of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CANVA.
