




Position Summary: A leading company is seeking a Safety Assistant to supervise and ensure the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System at electrical installations. Participation in large-scale energy and infrastructure projects A prominent company developing energy projects, sustainable infrastructure, electromechanical installations, and operation & maintenance services is seeking a SAFETY ASSISTANT. Position Objective Support in supervising and ensuring the proper implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System during the execution of the project’s electrical installations, compliance with STPS regulations, accident prevention, personnel protection, and secure continuity of construction work. **Responsibilities** Supervise safe conditions in activities including: Electrical work, Working at heights, Maneuvering and lifting operations, Use of electrical tools and equipment, or any other high-risk activity. Verify correct use of PPE and compliance with site signage. Train personnel on safety topics, conduct inductions, and safety talks. Maintain documentary safety control and respond to audits conducted by the organization, client, and/or regulatory authorities. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, generating reports and preventive measures. Coordinate with site supervision, quality teams, and electrical contractors. Support coordination of emergency response teams and drills. **Requirements** Completed education in industrial, electrical, or related fields. 3 years of experience in similar roles. Applicable regulations: Electrical NOM-001-SEDE-2012, STPS-031. Worksite Safety NOM-029-STPS-2011. Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018).
