




TEMPORARY POSITION FOR 5 TO 6 MONTHS. **REQUIREMENTS** * Professional * Experience in companies engaged in PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/OPERATIONS (industrial parks, industrial warehouses, preferably, or apartment complexes, commercial plazas) * Advanced Excel * Experience: service payments, review of purchase orders in the system, collections from associations, and validation and onboarding of suppliers. * Location: Industrial park in APODACA. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-site **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure timely and accurate service payments, as well as control of departmental documentation * Review purchase orders in the system * Manage collections from associations (parks and warehouses), including monthly security deposit collections and reimbursements between entities. * Gather and validate information for supplier onboarding * Assist with printing and delivery of invoices * Advise suppliers on invoice uploading to the system * Enter information into the platform for payment requests * Attend to and respond to clients, providing requested information or routing inquiries to the appropriate department. **SALARY AND BENEFITS** * Salary: $25,000 to $28,000 per month * 30-day year-end bonus * Meal vouchers * Individual SGMM insurance * 12 vacation days * 25% vacation premium Job type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 \- $28,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
