Industrial Construction Company is seeking: **Electrical Engineering Supervisor (Construction Projects in the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey)** **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * Graduate professional in: Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of field experience supervising electrical construction projects (industrial experience preferred). * Experience in Medium Voltage projects for CFE: supervision/execution of works and procedures for interconnection/energization, complying with current CFE regulations. * Experience developing and/or reviewing projects for submission to CFE using AutoCAD and Deprored (drawings, single-line diagrams, technical reports, forms/symbols). * Experience in Low Voltage systems for industrial facilities: production lighting, exhaust fan power supply, motors, HVAC/AC systems, distribution panels, conduits, and protective devices. * Experience managing electrical contractors, supervising electrical construction work, and conducting site surveys. * Knowledge of NOM-001-SEDE-2012. * Intermediate level English proficiency (reading and writing) desirable. * 100% on-site work at assigned projects. **What do we offer?** * **Competitive salary** * **Benefits exceeding legal requirements** * **Grocery vouchers** * **30-day year-end bonus** * **Medical expense insurance** * **Annual performance bonus** Job type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
