Coordinate and track export customs clearance across all customs offices. Consolidated export closing. Registration of Export Pedimentos Archive (Digital File). Validation of Pedimentos vs Datta Stage. Entry of customs brokers’ invoices into Finance for corresponding payment. Material structure. Customs valuation and Incoterms. Management of CTM (Certificates of Goods Transfer) with OEMs that do not issue them, for corresponding regime change. Preparation of waybill layouts for customer carriers (portal management for document upload). Export of Fixed Assets or return of materials. Coordination of charter flights for export customs clearance. Review of PECE account statements. Annex 24 Registration and Updates. Reconciliation of exports without download. Customs valuation and Incoterms for export. DIOT Import and Export Reporting. Coordination of virtual operations with domestic suppliers. Review of customs brokers’ account statements. Updating of assigned mandates for customer brokers. BASIC REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree / Engineering. IIS, IMA, LAE. Experience: Minimum 3 years in customs (preferred).
