Role Description and Key Responsibilities At Baja Paint, we are looking for a **Head of Revenue & Business Intelligence** to lead the company’s strategy for profitable growth and analytical transformation. This role will serve as a direct strategic partner to the CEO and be responsible for turning data into decisions that drive revenue, operational efficiency, and business digitalization. The position has cross-functional impact across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and technology, with the objective of building a truly *data-driven* organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and execute the comprehensive revenue strategy (revenue plan, pricing, discounts, and forecasting). * Identify growth opportunities by channel, region, and segment. * Lead the implementation of the Business Intelligence system and executive dashboards. * Integrate and analyze sales, customer, inventory, and operations data. * Develop analytical and predictive models to support strategic decision-making. * Drive digitalization and automation of key processes (CRM, reporting, sales). * Provide analysis, reports, and scenarios to support decision-making by the CEO and Executive Committee. * Coordinate metrics and strategic initiatives with corporate partners (Comex / PPG). Experience and Requirements * Minimum **7 years of experience** in Revenue Management, Business Intelligence, Data Strategy, or related roles. * Strong experience in **retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), B2B, or companies with multiple channels**. * Demonstrable track record of making **data-driven business decisions**. * Experience leading digital or analytical transformation projects. * Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct hierarchical authority. * High tolerance for fast-growing environments and evolving processes.
