**Commercial Manager – Kitchens and Furniture** We are seeking a **Commercial Manager** with strategic focus and strong negotiation skills to lead sales growth in high-value kitchen and furniture projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the commercial strategy (sales, pricing, margins). * Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets. * Lead and develop the commercial team. * Negotiate with key clients, architects, developers, and construction companies. * Follow up on quotations, closings, and contracts. * Coordinate with production and operations to ensure on-time deliveries. * Analyze costs, margins, and commercial results. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in high-value consultative sales. * Experience in kitchens, furniture, construction, or interior design. * Leadership of commercial teams and project closing. * Ability to read blueprints, analyze costs, and manage CRM systems. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary **$30,000 – $35,000** \+ bonus scheme. * Statutory benefits. * Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM to 5:45 PM) with flexibility. * Personal vehicle required and availability for travel. **We seek a candidate with commercial vision, results orientation, and the character to lead key negotiations.
