Position Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time Professor with teaching and research experience, capable of designing and evaluating academic programs, delivering classes, and contributing to academic development and industry-academia collaboration. Design, review, and evaluate study programs within their knowledge domain; serve as academic tutor for a student group. Design and develop instructional materials to support courses. Provide technical advisory services to students enrolled in courses taught and/or mastered by the professor, aligned with their knowledge domain. Engage in industry-academia linkage, such as advising students during internships and practicums, and developing academic program projects within their assigned field. Attend and successfully complete assigned teaching and disciplinary training. Carry out academic-administrative duties assigned in accordance with established guidelines. Improve competency-based curriculum design within their knowledge domain. Design and deliver continuing education courses and/or technological service offerings within their knowledge domain. Conduct applied research oriented toward solving problems faced by regional companies or industries. Propose laboratory equipment and/or research project resources relevant to their knowledge domain. Collaborate in Academic Groups and/or Academic Bodies, according to their knowledge domain. Timely and accurate entry of grades and other required information. Participate in educational quality evaluation and accreditation programs. Organize and participate in academic events such as congresses, seminars, and scientific workshops. Continuously update knowledge regarding state-of-the-art developments in their knowledge domain. Fulfill all SGC-related responsibilities applicable to faculty members. Timely and accurate fulfillment of assigned academic committees. Attend scheduled faculty development programs. Participate in other collegiate tasks related to linkage, social service provision, or institutional induction. Participate in and lead collegiate bodies, councils, and institutional commissions as stipulated in current regulations. Perform any additional duties inherent to the position, as assigned by the Program Director. Those specified by the RIPPPA in fulfillment of its activities and duties inherent to the position.
