Propose corrective measures when necessary. * Plan, supervise, and ensure implementation— in close coordination with the HR Coordinator—of associated HR processes (recruitment, training, information, onboarding, evaluation, potential identification, development, and communication) for project staff, to guarantee both the required number of staff and the necessary level of expertise. * Support project line managers in these processes to improve staff capabilities, their contribution to mission objectives, and foster their active participation and commitment to MSF. * Advise on the creation and updating of the project’s organizational chart and job descriptions, and assist the Project Coordinator and/or team leaders and supervisors in developing the annual leave and shift planning for staff, to anticipate HR needs and ensure staff availability for project activities. **PROFILE** * Essential: A degree in finance, management (business, HR), or administration is preferred. **Experience** · Minimum two years’ professional experience in similar and relevant positions is essential.
