Work Environment: You will work within a team highly responsible to our client for delivering service aligned with SLA commitments. **You will succeed in this role if you have:** * Completed technical or professional degree *or, alternatively, completed high school (preparatoria or bachillerato).* * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of practical experience. ***Technical and Soft Skills Required for This Role:*** * Customer/user service attitude. * Knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting. * Knowledge of physical servers. * Strong analytical and customer communication skills. * Knowledge of SLAs. **Other Requirements:** * Personal vehicle required.
