We are seeking an **External Audit Manager** with solid experience in accounting firms, team leadership skills, and strong technical-accounting and tax expertise. **Position available at our headquarters office in León, Guanajuato.** **Requirements:** **\*Age:** 30 to 55 years old **\*Gender:** No preference **\*Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting **(CPA license mandatory)** **\*Experience:** At least two years of recent experience in accounting firms, specifically in **External Tax Audit** **\*Knowledge in:** \- Auditing Standards \- Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) \- Accounting \- Tax Laws \- Federal Tax Code (CFF) \- Leading financial statement audits and tax opinions for clients. \- Review and supervision of total account balances such as: cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, related-party transactions (intercompany), results (costs, expenses, revenues), fixed assets, investments in subsidiaries, RIF, depreciation and amortization reviews. **\*Required Software:** SIPRED, CONTPAQ!, Microsoft Excel **\*Required Competencies:** Excellent written communication, ability to work effectively in teams, personnel management skills, capacity to develop alternatives, implement solutions, exercise leadership, and monitor and manage responsibilities. **Relocation to León, Guanajuato is required.** **\*We Offer** \- Gross monthly salary ranging from $30,000.00 to $35,000.00 (tax-free). \- Statutory benefits \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm \- Career development and growth plan \- Paid training Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Application question(s): * In which year did you most recently file and submit your SIPRED tax opinion to the SAT? * Do you hold a CPA license and official public accountant certificate? * How many years of experience do you have conducting financial statement audits for tax purposes?
