The **Real Estate Locator (m/f/d)** is responsible for designing and executing both the strategic vision and operational management of Flix’s infrastructure across their assigned region in Mexico. This role combines infrastructure development, stakeholder engagement, market analysis, and project coordination to support Flix’s expansion goals. It is a key position to ensure site accessibility, long-term planning, and alignment with public and private partners—as well as with new potential areas identified through field research. ### **About the Role** * Identify new potential markets and location opportunities aligned with Flix’s expansion strategy. * Lead the search, negotiation, and closing of contracts for land or commercial spaces in pre-defined strategic areas or newly identified locations during field research. * Oversee legal documentation validation to determine feasibility and define strategies for property accreditation and contract execution. * Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams to facilitate contract formalization. * Manage and track multiple infrastructure and accessibility projects simultaneously (10+), ensuring timely execution and cross-functional collaboration. * Coordinate with business partners, Operations, and local authorities to address and resolve infrastructure or permitting issues. * Manage contract renewals and administrative processes with precision and full legal compliance. ### **About You** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate real estate and commercial expansion, preferably in sectors such as retail, hospitality, convenience stores, or similar—focused on site selection, land negotiation, and commercial location scouting. * In-depth knowledge of land-related documentation and legal processes (deeds, lease agreements, property taxes, water services, etc.). * Willingness and ability to travel is essential. * Proficiency in English is mandatory.
