Work environment and continuous learning. **Position: Executive Project Coordinator (Steel Structures)** **Department:** Projects / Engineering / Construction **Reports to:** Construction Management **Location:** Iztapalapa, 09430 Ciudad de México, CDMX **Work Mode:** On-site INACERO. A nationally growing Mexican construction company specializing in industrial and commercial construction projects, with its operational headquarters located in Ciudad de México. **Job Objective** Coordinate, integrate, and supervise the development of the executive project using BIM methodology, ensuring that technical information is complete, coordinated, and aligned with scope, cost, schedule, and regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the development of the executive project (architecture, structure, and MEP). * Integrate and review drawings, calculation reports, item catalogs, and technical specifications. * Ensure proper interdisciplinary coordination to avoid clashes and rework. * Review compliance with regulatory requirements (regulations, codes, applicable technical standards). * Manage scope changes and project document control. * Coordinate with cost, construction, procurement, and supervision departments. * Address technical clarifications during tendering and construction execution. * Validate progress of the executive project against the schedule. * Identify technical risks and propose viable solutions. * Control drawing and technical documentation versions. * Support standardization of project processes and formats. **Requirements** **Education:** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree holder). **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years coordinating executive projects developed using BIM methodology. * In steel structure projects. **Technical Knowledge:** * BIM methodology. * Executive project development. * Multidisciplinary coordination (architecture, structure, MEP). * Advanced drawing reading and interpretation. * Current construction regulations. * Construction processes and cost management. * Change control and document management. **Software / Tools:** * AutoCAD. * Revit / BIM. * Microsoft Office suite. * MS Project (preferred). **Skills and Competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Attention to detail. * Effective technical communication. * Cross-functional coordination and leadership ability. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Time and priority management. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Timely and accurate delivery of executive project deliverables. * Number of clashes or reworks on site. * Technical quality of documentation. * Regulatory compliance. * Internal construction team and client satisfaction level. **We Offer** * Net monthly salary: 20\-22 thousand. * Statutory benefits. * Positive work environment and continuous learning opportunities. **Work Location:** On-site position – Col.
