REQUIREMENTS: * Age 21–49 * Gender: Unrestricted * Minimum education: Junior high school * Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service or similar role * Strong verbal communication skills * Basic proficiency in Excel and Word for daily simple reporting RESPONSIBILITIES: * Customer service * Report generation * Registering customers in the system * Requesting and verifying customer information * Notifying customers of their current balance.
