




Position Summary: A leading IT company is seeking an ERP User Support Executive to handle customer requests and incidents, document and diagnose issues, and follow up on their resolution. Handle customer-reported requests and incidents; document and diagnose incidents; follow up on their resolution; identify system-related issues.
