




Position Summary: A professional responsible for preparing technical-economic proposals for high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical projects, coordinating engineering efforts and ensuring regulatory compliance. Handling of national and international regulations for electrical projects Reports to the Electrical Projects and Studies Coordinator. \- Conducting on-site technical surveys for sizing high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical projects. \- Selecting electrical equipment, materials, and systems according to the company’s clients’ technical and operational requirements. \- Defining technical design criteria based on current national regulations (NOM, NMX, CFE) and international standards (IEEE, IEC, NFPA). \- Coordinating external engineering firms specializing in electrical, mechanical, civil, instrumentation, and control engineering for company projects. \- Performing technical reviews of tenders, projects, or services provided to the company’s clients. \- Preparing construction catalogs, technical-commercial quotations for high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical projects and services. \- Providing technical and regulatory support to departments responsible for electrical equipment testing and analysis, as well as project commissioning and control. \- Analyzing profitability of the company’s projects and services. \- Managing the company’s transportation units. \- Analyzing tenders, quotation requests, and technical specifications. \- Preparing technical-economic proposals for low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical projects. \- Determining required materials, equipment, and services for each proposal. \- Requesting and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations. \- Coordinating with engineering and projects departments to define technical scope and execution timelines. \- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (NOM, IEC, IEEE, CFE, PEMEX, etc.) for proposals. **·** Tracking submitted proposals and supporting technical negotiations with clients. **·** Maintaining up-to-date standard pricing and cost databases. **SKILLS** **·** Advanced Excel and budgeting software proficiency. **·** Technical-economic analysis capability. **·** Clear communication and results-oriented mindset. **·** Preferred: Experience with **Odoo** or ERP systems. **WE OFFER** **·** Competitive salary commensurate with experience. **·** Statutory and above-statutory benefits. **·** Opportunities for professional development in energy sector projects. **·** Technical and collaborative work environment. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Education: \*Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field. \- Good spelling. \- Professional appearance. \- Responsible and honest. \- **Experience:** Over 1 year preparing proposals or budgets for electrical projects.
