Commercial development through to project delivery **Hunter Sales Executive – Construction Sector** At **XE Brands**, we are looking for a **Hunter Sales Executive** focused on prospecting and developing new clients within the **construction and real estate development sector**. **Job Objective:** Generate new business opportunities through active prospecting of construction companies, developers, and real estate projects, achieving sales closure and positioning our solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Prospecting and acquiring new clients in the construction sector. * Generating and tracking business opportunities. * Visiting construction sites, developers, and architecture firms. * Presenting products and solutions to potential clients. * Negotiating and closing sales. * Commercial follow-up through to project delivery. **Requirements:** * Experience in **hunter sales or acquisition of new clients**. * Experience selling to **construction companies, developers, or the construction sector** (preferred). * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Availability to conduct client visits. * Results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Base salary + commission structure. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:30; Saturday half-day (every other Saturday); Sunday off. * Statutory benefits. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Growth opportunities. * Ongoing training.
