We are seeking a Business Development Director to collaborate with us at **our corporate office**. If you have experience in contractual negotiations, strategic alliances, and bid management, we want to meet you! **Your responsibilities:** * **Market Strategy:** Design and execute the business development plan for the energy sector in Mexico, identifying opportunity niches in generation and grid infrastructure. * **Bid Management (Tendering):** Lead end-to-end preparation of technical-economic proposals for EPC projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Finance). * **Institutional Relations and Networking:** Serve as a high-level representative before clients, strategic partners, and regulatory bodies (**CFE, CENACE, CRE, SENER**). * **Contractual Negotiation:** Lead negotiations of complex contracts (EPC, O&M, BoP), ensuring risk mitigation and margin optimization. * **Strategic Alliances:** Identify and manage collaboration agreements, consortia, or *joint ventures* to strengthen Aldesa’s competitiveness in key tenders. * **Market Intelligence:** Conduct thorough monitoring of Mexican electricity regulations and energy policies to anticipate market changes. * **Strategic Handover:** Ensure seamless project transition to the Operations/Execution team, guaranteeing that contractual commitments remain transferable and executable. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Energy, or Civil).
