Advanced English (mandatory) A major automotive company is seeking a **candidate with experience managing B2B customer portals, such as FORD and BMW.** Operational follow-up, focused on ensuring effective communication with **customers and fulfillment of logistical requirements.** This position is critical for tracking requests, audits, scorecards, and customer releases, as well as maintaining up-to-date information in relevant systems and portals. **Position Objective:** To control, manage, and address customer requirements, ensuring their accurate capture and tracking in the system and customer portals. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** Ensure a positive trend in the customer scorecard (logistics-related topics) Follow up on customer audits Review customer portals at least twice daily Track customer complaints on portals in coordination with the core team Maintain internal customer systems and part numbers Support production planning Receive and ensure fulfillment of customer releases Oversee shipments Track customer requests related to logistics topics Direct and ongoing contact with customers **B2B Portals:** CMS QWIN LPKM Next e\-DDL Super G FCSD SNC **Required Skills and Knowledge:** **Advanced English (mandatory)** Customer portal management Basic knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 Basic knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 Basic knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 Knowledge of customer-specific requirements Knowledge of applicable legal requirements for product and process Position Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 \- $50,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
