Someone who blends strategy, creativity, and advanced AI usage to build content calendars that truly move the business needle. This role is critical for designing, executing, and optimizing always-on content aligned with the Growth OS (Root, Flow, Grow, Nourish). **Responsibilities** --------------------- ### **1️⃣ Monthly Calendar Creation (Core Responsibility)** * Strategic and creative development of monthly social media calendars (organic + paid). * Generation of concepts aligned with digital trends, culture, and current events. * Use of generative AI (Claude, GPT, Midjourney, Ideogram) as a co-pilot: + Draft generation. + Iteration of variants. + A/B testing of hooks. + Always guided by human editorial judgment. * Building and maintaining prompt libraries and brand voice templates per client. * Strategic presentation to clients: explaining not only *what*, but *why this moves the needle*. * Proposal of engagement formats, activations, and interactive content. * Collaboration with design and paid media teams to ensure visual coherence and performance. * Multiformat adaptation: feed, reels, stories, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube. * Strict adherence to deliverables in volume and quality. ### **2️⃣ Community Management** * Strategic monitoring and response to comments and messages. * Crisis handling and timely escalation. * Generation of organic conversation aligned with brand personality. * Identification of community insights to optimize content. * Tracking of healthcare sector digital trends and conversations. ### **3️⃣ Agency Environment Operations** * Simultaneous management of multiple accounts. * Agile response to urgent requests. * Adaptation to rapid changes and continuous feedback. * Cross-functional coordination with design, performance, and account teams. ### **4️⃣ Content Creation & Strategy (AI-Augmented)** * Design of always-on strategies for multiple brands. * Production and coordination of multiformat content: + Carousels + Reels + Newsletters + Blogs + Video scripts + Infographics + Podcasts * Use of AI for research, conceptual visual generation, assisted editing, transcription, and repurposing. * Implementation of AI-powered social listening to detect real-time trends. * Business-impact measurement: + Strategic engagement + Share of voice + Earned media + Contribution to pipeline + CTR, reach, and conversion **Ideal Profile** ================ **Experience** --------------- * 2–4 years in copywriting, content, and/or community management (agency or brand). * Proven experience managing high-volume, fast-paced accounts. * Advanced and demonstrable use of generative AI tools in your workflow. * Experience developing content for both organic and paid channels. * Proficiency in native platforms and formats: Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube. * Impeccable Spanish writing and functional English (copy that sounds human). * Experience presenting to enterprise clients. * Business-oriented strategic thinking (traffic, conversion, retention). * Availability to work on Mexico time (CST) from CDMX and attend in person when required. **Technical Knowledge** -------------------------- * Strategic content planning. * Salesforce Marketing Cloud or marketing CRM tools. * SEO and SEM applied to content. * Basic video editing and design (Canva Pro, CapCut, Figma, Adobe Express). * Social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprout, Mention, Hootsuite). * Meta Business Suite and Creator Studio. * Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok trends. * Performance metrics (engagement, CTR, reach, conversion). * Social-first digital advertising copywriting. * Excellent spelling.
