Purchasing of raw materials. * Negotiation for the purchase of inputs and ensuring timely supply. * Participation in operational meetings with management and the rest of the team. * Determination of material and product requirements. * Receiving purchase orders, preparing quotations, and obtaining the best prices. * Monitoring purchase orders from origin to delivery. * Processing returns or claims as applicable. * Maintaining close and healthy relationships with suppliers. * Prospecting, negotiating, and keeping the supplier catalog up to date. Experience and Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * 4+ years of experience in procurement or a similar position. * Experience in a manufacturing environment — preferred. * Advanced written and spoken English — mandatory. * Experience in procurement and supply management of direct and indirect materials. * Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in common computer software and IT tools. * Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills. * Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills. * Highly organized, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple priorities. * Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
