Ensure achievement of objectives and execution of analysis, design, development, and testing activities under Agile methodologies, integrating LEAN tools to optimize processes, eliminate waste, and maximize delivered value. Guarantee alignment between business strategy and IT strategy, securing tangible benefits for the Bank in the short and medium term. Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * **Managing IT projects**, ensuring cost, resource, and work plan control, and guaranteeing their timely and proper completion. * **Serving as technical lead** for solutions to be implemented, ensuring their quality, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives. * **Conducting business process analysis**, identifying requirements, documenting them, and tracking progress per established guidelines. * **Transforming approved requirements** into projects and/or programs that ensure the most suitable solution in terms of time, cost, and scope, enhancing efficiency and cost-benefit ratio. * **Developing collaboration strategies** that facilitate achieving clear, measurable objectives aligned with organizational strategy. * **Driving innovation, adoption, and implementation** of new technologies, promoting continuous and sustainable improvements. * Maintaining focus on commitment tracking, self-management, and results orientation. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Systems or related field. * Years of experience: Minimum 5 years in Technology projects. * Areas of expertise: Information Technology, Project Management, Scrum Master, or Project Management Methodologies. * Required knowledge or certification: Agile framework * Languages: English (intermediate) * Willingness to travel: Not mandatory * Willingness to relocate: Preferably Mexico City or Monterrey.
