Job Summary: We are seeking a civil engineering or architecture professional to oversee and manage construction projects, coordinate personnel, and verify quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Labor force, material, and tool control and management. 2. Coordination of operational staff, work crews, and subcontractors. 3. Verification of material and construction process quality. **REQUIREMENTS:** * *Experience in civil engineering or architecture* * *Proficiency in AutoCAD and CivilCAD* * *Knowledge of construction technical standards* * *2–5 years of experience in building construction (residential and high-rise housing)* ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Control and management of labor force, materials, and tools specified in projects. * Quantification of work volumes and work generators * Preparation of work generators and sketches indicating work locations * Execution of layout and leveling works for platforms and roadways * Evaluation and analysis of documentation * Knowledge of mass high-rise construction * Coordination of operational staff, work crews, and subcontractors. * Verification of material and construction process quality.
