Talent agency in Mexico City is seeking a Booker for Commercials and Fiction with proven experience in casting, booking, and negotiation for advertising, TV series, films, and audiovisual content. We are looking for a commercially oriented, organized profile with creative judgment, capable of managing talent, closing projects, and maintaining strong relationships with production companies, casting directors, and agencies. **Position Objective:** Manage and develop the portfolio of actors, models, and talents, ensuring their placement in audiovisual projects and the sustainable growth of the department. **Key Responsibilities:** * Portfolio management and development of actors and talents * Placement of talent in commercials, TV series, films, and fiction * Direct interaction with production companies, casting directors, agencies, and clients * Negotiation of fees, terms, and contracts * Coordination of castings, self\-tapes, callbacks, and schedules * Scouting and evaluation of new commercially viable talent * Operational follow\-up of projects and talent career development * Updating profiles in casting / booking software * Administration of website and talent materials * Social media support (updating reels, clips, project announcements) * Data control and analysis in Excel (databases, bookings, revenue) **Required Profile:** * Proven experience as a Booker for Commercials / Fiction or similar role * Knowledge of the audiovisual market and casting processes * Negotiation and closing skills * Proficiency in casting software / booking platforms * Operational knowledge of websites and social media * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency * Organization, autonomy, and professional judgment * Intermediate–advanced English (desirable) * On\-site availability in CDMX **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary commensurate with experience plus commissions * Statutory benefits * Professional and financial growth tied to performance * Direct exposure to relevant audiovisual projects Location: Mexico City, Condesa Work Modality: On\-site Schedule: Full\-time ***Apply by sending your CV with proven booking experience.*** *\*REMEMBER that this position requires direct operational experience in agencies, production companies, or casting firms related to talent.* ***If you do not meet the required experience, please refrain from applying!*** Job Type: Full\-time Salary: $9,500\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite contract Workplace: On\-site employment
