Our growth demands strong, precise, and highly professional finance teams. **Job Objective** To ensure the proper management and recovery of GDC’s domestic and international client and investor portfolio through efficient billing, collections, and payment reconciliation processes, safeguarding the financial integrity of real estate projects. **Responsibilities** * Manage accounts receivable portfolios for clients, investors, and business partners. * Issue and track invoices, credit notes, and payment supplements. * Contact domestic and foreign clients in Spanish and English regarding payment management. * Reconcile revenues, deposits, and transfers against bank statements and ERP systems. * Identify and resolve billing or payment discrepancies. * Prepare aging reports and cash collection forecasts. * Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans. * Maintain up-to-date financial records by project and client. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or financial administration. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (B2–C1) is mandatory for communication with clients and investors. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar). * Prior experience in real estate, construction, or investment funds is desirable. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development in international real estate projects. * Stability and growth within GDC. * A professional, high-level work environment.
