Friendly and collaborative work environment Job Description: BDC Consultant / Automotive Phone Advisor Location: * This position is located in Celaya, Guanajuato. * **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma or incomplete undergraduate degree * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service call centers, telemarketing sales, or similar positions. * Proficiency in Excel and CRM (preferred) * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and customer management software). **Job Responsibilities:** Answer and resolve customer inquiries via telephone calls. * Provide information about the company’s products and services. * Advise customers on selecting vehicles suited to their needs. * Follow up on customer requests. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
