A leading company in the Automotive Sector is seeking: **Advanced Laser Welding Engineer (Aluminum)** **Purpose of the Position** Lead the development, validation, industrialization, and optimization of **laser welding processes for aluminum components** in automotive applications, ensuring process robustness, compliance with OEM standards, full traceability, and the quality level required for mass production. This role guarantees the implementation of new technologies, process stability, and specialized technical support throughout the APQP cycle and series production.
