SATURDAY 9 A.M. \- 2 P.M. **Summary:** The Administrative Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the administrative and financial operations of Smart Go Logistics, **leading the administrative, accounting, and Human Resources teams.** Their primary focus will be creating and implementing policies and procedures, generating weekly financial reports, managing the Human Resources department, and processing payroll. **Responsibilities:** **General Administration:** * **Plan, organize, and direct** the company’s administrative activities. * **Develop and implement** policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency. * **Supervise** compliance with established policies and procedures. * **Manage** the company’s material and financial resources. * **Maintain** relationships with suppliers and customers. **Finance:** * **Lead the accounting team** in recording and analyzing financial transactions. * **Supervise** the company’s general accounting. * **Prepare and analyze** weekly financial reports. * **Manage** cash flow and treasury operations. * **Control** budgets and expenses. * **Ensure** compliance with tax obligations. **Human Resources:** * **Lead the Human Resources team** in talent management. * **Supervise** the recruitment, selection, and hiring process. * **Manage** payroll and employee benefits. * **Develop and implement** training and development programs. * **Administer** labor relations and resolve conflicts. * **Maintain** a positive and productive work environment. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, with emphasis on administrative and financial management **and team leadership.** * **Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of accounting, finance, personnel administration, and payroll.
