




Position Summary: Ensure the administrative and accounting operations of the dealership, comply with internal policies, and support decision-making with accurate financial information. Position Objective Guarantee the proper administrative and accounting operation of the dealership belonging to Grupo Plasencia Automotriz, ensuring compliance with internal policies, accuracy of financial information, and efficiency of support processes for decision-making. Main Responsibilities Supervise the dealership’s administrative, accounting, and financial processes. Prepare and review reports, financial statements, and monthly closings in accordance with Group guidelines. Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial projections. Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and bank reconciliations. Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and current tax regulations. Coordinate the administrative and accounting team, promoting adherence to Group values. Monitor KPIs and corporate-mandated management reports. Maintain relationships with banks, suppliers, insurance companies, and operational departments. Participate in strategic planning and continuous process improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting **completed and certified** (mandatory). Minimum **5 years of experience in the automotive industry**, in similar positions. Solid knowledge of general accounting, administration, taxation, and internal control. Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems; DMS experience preferred.
