Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:** ### **Main Activities:** * Support in managing internal services such as cafeteria, transportation, uniforms, and staff events. * Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, services, and general requests. * Follow up on employee satisfaction surveys and improvement proposals regarding staff services. * Support the organization of internal events (birthdays, celebrations, wellness campaigns, etc.). * Prepare and update reports on personnel service indicators. * Manage and distribute employee recognitions, gifts, or incentives. * Assist in the logistics of health campaigns or employee wellness programs. * File and maintain area documentation. * Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department. ✅ **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. * In the final semesters of studies (5th semester or later). * Availability to perform professional internships (minimum 4–6 hours per day). * Service-oriented attitude, organized, and proactive. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Basic proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Desirable: interest in workplace wellness, organizational climate, or change management. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
