Support in performance evaluations and workplace climate assessments Rena Comercializadora (Farmacia Similares) is hiring for the following position: RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate follow-up. * Management of employee onboarding and offboarding. * Integration and control of employment files. * Preparation and management of employment contracts. * Control and distribution of payroll receipts. * Tracking of incidents, vacations, and leave requests. * Employee support and follow-up for administrative and operational staff. * Support in performance evaluations. * Administration of workplace climate surveys. * Organization of team-building activities. * Support in training and organizational development processes. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Capital, or related field. * Letters of recommendation or employment verification documents from previous jobs. * Proactive. * Positive attitude.
