(MANDATORY). * Carry out general maintenance tasks, such as painting and carpentry, among others. * Hold a valid Class A driver’s license. Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities. * Diagnose and resolve failures in general infrastructure. * Conduct basic masonry, plumbing, painting, and carpentry work. * Travel to different states to perform maintenance work at other branches. * Respond to internal maintenance reports in a timely and appropriate manner. * Inspect and monitor the overall condition of facilities.
