Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional in fashion retail for the Talent and Culture area, responsible for designing and implementing training and development strategies for store and corporate teams. We are looking for a professional to join the Talent and Culture team to support the training strategy and accompany the development of our teams. We seek someone with experience in fashion retail who enjoys working closely with operations, identifying training needs, and ensuring that training translates into practical tools for the business. This position will be key to coordinating learning processes, monitoring onboarding, ensuring compliance with training regulations, and supporting the development of store and corporate teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and monitor the training plan * Identify training needs based on operational requirements * Coordinate and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions * Monitor onboarding processes * Ensure regulatory compliance with STPS regarding training * Manage training-related forms, certificates, and documentation * Measure outcomes and impact of training initiatives * Track KPIs and propose continuous improvements * Support teams throughout their development and learning processes **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 4 years of experience in training * Mandatory experience in fashion retail * Prior experience in Human Resources * Knowledge of STPS regulations and DC forms * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * Strong organizational skills, follow-up capability, and operational focus * Proactivity, excellent communication skills, and close engagement with teams **Work Location:** Polanco **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM **How to Apply:** If you have training experience in fashion retail and are interested in this opportunity, we would love to meet you.
