




Job Summary: We are seeking a Pedimento Data Entry Clerk for a customs agency, with experience in foreign trade and data entry systems, to prepare proformas and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in the foreign trade process. **PEDIMENT DATA ENTRY CLERK FOR CUSTOMS AGENCY** ***Profile*****.** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Customs Administration, or International Business. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Knowledge of pedimento sections. * Familiarity with the CASSA data entry system. * Ability to identify and understand commercial documents: invoice, bill of lading (BL), Form 318\. ***Responsibilities*****.** * Receive commercial documents via email (invoice, packing list, BL, Form 318) from executives for documentation review, to prepare proforma. * Print documents to initiate reference filing (opening of new shipment file). * Prepare proforma using client data and invoice information (product, merchandise value, unit of measure, prices) in the CASA system, preferably. * Prepare reports with records of completed shipment entries. ***We Offer*****.** * Statutory benefits (Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation bonus, profit sharing) * Uniforms * Monthly salary: $10,000 to $12,000, depending on experience * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM \- 1:00 PM * Permanent position with a development plan toward Assistant Executive and Executive roles.
