Nursing Assistant Night Shift Main Responsibilities: * Resident’s personal hygiene. * Breakfast service, cleaning and preparation of utensils. * Collection of residents’ clothing for laundry, salon care, diaper changes, and reception and distribution of meals on the floor or in the dining room. * Dining room setup * Assistance in setting up food trays * Removal of food trays from residents’ rooms * General resident assessment * Afternoon snacks, walks, and assisting residents who cannot go to bed independently * Assistance-related changes * Making beds * Organizing assisted residents’ clothing in closets * Room rounds (medication administration and fluid intake monitoring) * Reporting shortages of personal hygiene items and diapers to supervision * Monitoring residents under mechanical restraint, etc. Ballesol does NOT request payments nor any type of confidential information—such as banking details or electronic signature—as a requirement for our selection processes.
