This position involves transportation scheduling, on-site management, and overall process coordination, serving as a critical link across all operational segments. **Key Responsibilities** In this role, you will integrate planning and execution, coordinating internal teams and external transportation resources to ensure orderly logistics operations. **Daily responsibilities include:** * Coordinate transportation arrangements and track transportation routes and cargo delivery progress (including special or bulk cargo) * Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory flow * Support implementation of safety standards during transportation and operations * Coordinate and supervise the daily work of drivers and warehouse personnel * Liaise with transportation service providers to maintain sound cooperative relationships * Monitor operational data such as on-time delivery performance, costs, and exceptions * Identify issues within processes and propose improvement suggestions * Compile operational data and related reports to support daily decision-making **Requirements** We seek candidates with strong execution and problem-solving abilities who can adapt to the fast-paced environment of logistics operations. **Preferred qualifications include:** * Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain * Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (required for actual job duties) * Experience in team coordination or on-site management * Familiarity with fundamental warehousing and transportation processes * Ability to handle basic data and use relevant office tools **Bonus qualifications:** * Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Fleet Management Systems * Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) * Knowledge of regulations governing special cargo or controlled transportation * Familiarity with international logistics or customs clearance procedures **Work Information** * Work location: Tultitlán, State of Mexico (Tultipark II Industrial Park) * Working hours: Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00; Saturday 09:00–14:00 * Compensation: Up to MXN 25,000 per month (pre-tax, commensurate with experience) * Benefits: Statutory benefits plus additional company-provided benefits Sueldo: Hasta $25,000\.00 al mes Pregunta(s) de postulación: * ¿Cuánto tiempo tarda en trasladarse desde casa hasta Tultipark II, Tultitlán.
