ETAC CAMPUS TLATELOLCO is looking for someone like you: Leadership Mentor **Requirements:** Hold a Bachelor's degree and professional license (in Education, Psychology, or Administration) Experience managing undergraduate student groups Experience in early retention activities **Job Description:** Provide student mentoring according to the established strategy, aiming to improve early retention, increase re-enrollment in subsequent academic cycles, and reduce overall dropout rates (both intra-cycle and inter-cycle, for both new and returning students).
