Review of contracts and internal policies **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Interpret and apply current legislation. * Provide legal counseling to executives and HR on labor matters. * Represent the company before labor boards, tribunals, and labor authorities. * Attend hearings, conciliations, and mediations. * Review contracts, regulations, and internal policies. * Prepare administrative minutes. * Monitor compliance with labor laws and social security regulations. * Attend monthly board meetings, inspections, and audits. **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s Degree in Law (degree certificate and professional license) 2–3 years of experience in labor law Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Remote work Work location: Hybrid remote work in Pedro Escobedo, Qro.
