Leadership and team management. **Job Opening: Human Resources Manager – Private Security Sector** **Location:** Ermita Iztapalapa **Monthly Salary:** 17,000.000 net **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract **Position Objective** Lead and supervise Human Resources strategy and operations across operational and administrative areas, ensuring legal compliance, effective management of operational talent (security guards), and alignment of HR processes with organizational objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and supervise **recruitment, selection, hiring, and retention** processes for operational staff. * Ensure **timely vacancy coverage**, coordinated with operational departments, considering locations, shifts, and service types. * Guarantee proper **document validation and file integration**, in accordance with internal guidelines and client requirements. * Coordinate **onboarding, contract signing, and documentation delivery** for new hires. * Supervise the management of **labor incidents**, applying corrective measures strictly in compliance with the **Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT)** and organizational policies. * Ensure compliance with **regulations applicable to the private security sector** and internal Human Resources policies. * Develop and analyze **strategic departmental indicators** (turnover, absenteeism, coverage, operational efficiency, etc.) to support decision-making. * Serve as liaison between operational departments and senior management regarding human capital matters. * Develop strategies to improve workplace climate, operational staff productivity, and talent retention. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of **managerial experience** in Human Resources within the private security sector (mandatory). * **Knowledge:** * Mexican labor legislation (LFT). * Regulations applicable to private security companies. * Mass and operational recruitment. * Management of labor incidents, terminations, labor relations, and organizational climate. * Analysis of strategic indicators and decision-making. * **Skills:** * Leadership and team management. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Results-oriented mindset and strategic thinking. * Effective communication with operational supervisors and senior management. * Adaptability to highly demanding operational environments. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability. * Necessary work tools to perform the role effectively. * Opportunity for professional growth and development within a company with strong sector presence.
