Continuous monitoring of activities FIELD SUPERVISOR POSITION (100% FIELD / STREET-BASED) Job Description * OBJECTIVE: Coordinate and supervise personnel during the meter reading and billing process, validate meter reading data, and ensure the bill delivery process in coordination with CESPT. * SKILLS: \- Assertive communication \- Decision-making \- Problem and conflict resolution \- Creative and critical thinking \- Personnel management and teamwork * FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Take daily attendance of assigned personnel. \- Verify that personnel are properly uniformed, identified, and equipped with necessary tools. \- Assign workload according to the work plan. \- Organize the work team for efficient delivery. \- Model a positive attitude to ensure activities are carried out enthusiastically and positively. \- Continuous monitoring of activities. \- Transport personnel to different areas as required. \- Record materials assigned at the start and end of each day. \- Return to facilities and report to supervisor with reports, documentation, and work plans. \- Conduct detailed inspections and report errors in readings, zone uncertainties, and codes to data entry staff. \- Distribute modems. \- Maintain the vehicle in good condition. \*\*\*IMPORTANT: \- POSITION REQUIRES 100% FIELD WORK (STREET-BASED) \- STANDARD VEHICLE DRIVING SKILL (MANDATORY) \- CLASS C DRIVER’S LICENSE \- STANDARD MOTORCYCLE OPERATION (OPTIONAL) \- COMPLETED, IN-PROGRESS, OR INCOMPLETE BACHELOR’S DEGREE \- POSITION LOCATED IN UPPER PART OF LIBERTAD NEIGHBORHOOD, TIJUANA Salary: $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free parking * Company-provided mobile phone Workplace: On-site employment
