Apply today! **Requirements:** **Completed high school education** Minimum one year of experience in: * Call center * Timely handling of inbound and outbound calls * Managing and following up on Messenger, web chat, WhatsApp, and Facebook comments, as well as lead and order form follow-up * Adhering to scripts specified in the quality checklist, telephone etiquette, and process guidelines * Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, investigating each issue, and offering solutions or alternative resolutions * Maintaining accurate and complete records of customer database information * Customer service * Availability to rotate shifts (no night shift) **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $10,500 * Statutory and enhanced benefits: Food vouchers, 30-day bonus, among others * Hybrid work arrangement To proceed with the application process, you must attach your CV and meet the required profile.
