We are looking for our new **Digital Marketing Cell Leader**! Here are some of the knowledge areas and skills you should possess: * Bachelor’s degree: Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Experience: Proficiency with task management software. * Knowledge: Digital Marketing, Advertising, Inbound Marketing. Main Responsibilities: * Analyze, distribute, and validate team workloads. * Organize the team (selection, coordination, and supervision). * Coordinate and participate in client meetings. * Develop team strengths by driving growth (training) jointly with HR. * Final quality check of deliverables (account objectives, calendars, graphics, copy, leads, and key KPIs). * Monthly team performance evaluation report. * Quarterly satisfaction surveys for assigned accounts. * Exit surveys for clients terminating services. * Monthly account-driven innovation meeting with internal teams and presentation of proposals to department leadership.
